Ingredients:

2 medium leaves Kale

3 medium spear Asparagus

1/2 large Cucumber

1 1/2 cups Berries (Raspberries, Blueberries, Strawberries)

2 cups fresh leaves Basil

Wash everything well and juice all your ingredients in a juicer. Drink immediately.

Yield ~ 1 cup

Apple, Celery and Fennel Juice

applesIngredients:

2 medium Apples

2 large stalks Celery

1/2 bulb Fennel

Wash everything well and juice all your ingredients in a juicer. Drink immediately.

1 medium Cucumber

6-8 outer leaves of a Boston lettuce

1 large Pear
