Do you ever get a craving for just a little bit of chocolate? Yes? Well, these little guys are just the ticket to tickle your taste buds. Loaded with protein, they will satisfy your hunger and keep you going steady until your next meal.

honey and cinnamonIngredients:

1 cup organic, gluten-free rolled oats

1¾ cups cashew butter

½ cup gluten-free oat bran

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

⅓ cup raw honey

½ teaspoon vanilla bean

¾ cup unsweetened dried coconut flakes

½ cup chocolate chips (soy-, gluten-, and dairy-free, sweetened with organic evaporated cane juice)

⅓ cup whey protein powder (gluten-free, organic, bourbon vanilla recommended)

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in medium-sized bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2. Using a 1 teaspoon scoop, roll into 2-tablespoon-sized balls. Place on sheet pan and refrigerate until firm, approximately 4 hours.
  3. Remove from refrigerator and store in an airtight container or ziplock bag for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator or freeze.

Tip: use as a grab-and-go snack as needed for up to 3 months.
